A3 Design Co. is a start-up boutique interior design firm specializing in high-end residential new builds and renovations. Our firm is rooted in authenticity and alignment. We maintain an atelier approach that transforms each home through an intentional, bespoke process that allows luxury to be experienced and lived-in. We collaborate closely with builders, architects, and homeowners to create curated, timeless interiors that blend craftsmanship, innovation, and comfort.
Rooted in a small-town Kentucky upbringing where home meant gathering, slow living, and belonging, Rachel brings a deeply personal perspective to design. With a degree in Interior Design and a background in high-end residential design, Rachel brings both technical expertise and visual storytelling to every project. Her approach to design is rooted in craftsmanship, timeless aesthetics, and intentional living. As Principal Designer of A3 Design, Rachel's main intention for all projects is to create spaces that reflect not only how you live, but who you are.
Drawn to design for its creativity and complexity, Mattie brings a distinct eye for style shaped by years spent across showrooms, from Chicago through the South. She believes thoughtful design can communicate abstract expression while sparking genuine connection. As Senior Designer at A3 Design, Mattie's intention is to bring that same spirit of creativity and craftsmanship to every space she touches.
